When granting approval under paragraph , the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications is to issue a public notice of the date of that approval, the validity period of approval, designated frequencies pursuant to the provisions under paragraph , and other matters specified by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. The Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications may grant a license, not pursuant to the provisions of Articles 6 through 14, to a radio station established on board a ship or on board an aircraft that has been acquired from a foreign country. In the frequency assignment plan, the following information is entered for each available frequency, in order to clarify the range of radio stations eligible to be allocated. The provisions of the preceding seven paragraphs apply mutatis mutandis to a person who has obtained a provisional license under Article 8. When litigation under the preceding article has been filed, the court must request the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications to submit records related to the relevant case without delay.
