Kentucky Counseling Center

We have locations all throughout the state and beyond, offering our full range of counseling, psychiatry, targeted case management, and intensive outpatient programs for both adults and children. We also provide online telehealth counseling and psychiatry to all cities in Kentucky. EMDR therapy is a relatively new — but very effective — method of helping people with traumatic memories. It’s also an option for people of all ages, including children.
Take the first step and contact us today, so we can help you get to the other side of your issues. Personal counseling services are free and confidential for all registered BCTC students. We are available to assist students with handling a variety of issues that may or may not be classroom related.

Please contact the office to determine whether you are eligible. A list of accepted insurance providers is available on the Sharecare insurance check. It is always a good idea to verify your insurance when making an appointment. For more information regarding counseling and mental health resources available to University of Kentucky residents and fellows visit the GME Lexington Emotional Resources page.

Gabrielle strongly believes in the significance of the mind-body connection and its impact on mental health. She pursued her 200 Hours in Yoga Teacher Training, 500 hours in Pilates Teacher Training and is certified as a Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider . This interest has provided her the opportunity to strengthen and deepen her education in nutrition and exercise as an alternative support for those interested in an integrative approach. My approach to counseling is client-centered drawing from CBT, REBT, existential therapy, and several humanistic theories.
My relational research is published in peer-reviewed journals, and my work has been featured in media outlets such as NPR, The New York Times, and The Economist. I have a doctoral degree in Human Development and Family Science and am currently working towards a clinical degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My goals are to help resolve relational issues and improve conflict management, overall functioning, and well-being among all members of the family system.
Various types of counseling are available to individuals with mental, social and ethical problems. A person may choose to seek help from a professional counselor depending on the nature of their psychological, social or ethical concerns. ARC’s outpatient program will help you or your loved one begin or continue their journey toward recovery and sobriety. For outpatient clients, we provide clinical treatment that includes group and individual counseling at one of our conveniently located outpatient centers or via outpatient telecare.

Through high standards of customer care, Adapt focuses on empowering those who we serve to address their services needs across all domains.
